following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies

         Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                                                          
         Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                                                                         
         concerning House Bill No. 23, creating the Knik                                                                        
         Crossing Development Corporation as a subsidiary                                                                       
         corporation of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                                              
         Corporation and relating to bonds of the Knik
